As soon as we get your enquiry for a home tutor, our team starts shortlisting the tutors on the basis of your preference. We prepare a list of shortlisted tutors and forward you the same within four hours. We value your precious time and so we are on our toes to provide you the same on an urgent basis.

No you don’t have to pay anything extra for availing the service of Concept Tutor.

The first fees that you pay to the tutor as advance just after the demo class, will be in favour of our owner Samrat Nag which will act as our fees.

In the subsequent months the fees will be directly paid to the tutor. Thus we do not charge anything extra from the parents for the services we provide.

Meaning of Refund – Concept Tutor returns advance amount to the Parent. When Refunding is done? – After the advance amount is received by the Concept Tutor, if in any case the class gets discontinued, Concept Tutor is bound to provide an alternative tutor for the same within two weeks from the date Concept Tutor is informed about the discontinuation. If in any case we are unable to do so, the advance amount will be refunded after deduction of the amount of classes held from the date of demo class.

When Refunding is not done-Refunding is not done on the expiry of one month from the date of demo classes. Refunding is also not done if the customer does not inform about the discontinuation before one month from the demo classes.

How is Refunding done?– Refunding is done through Cheque or Internet Banking whichever is suitable to the parent.

• In the first month - If you have paid your fees in advance and subsequently you realize that the tutor's way of teaching do not meet your requirement then we will provide you a new tutor for the same for demo class. If you do not like the subsequent tutor we will refund the fees provided to us.
• Second month onwards - Tutors will be provided assuming your requirement as a fresh enquiry. There will be no refund of fees in such circumstances as the fees has been directly paid to the tutor.
