FOR PARENTS / STUDENTS

Service

Concept Tutor is committed to find a tutor that best suit your child’s requirement but it does not guarantee any success of any kind in any examination or test that your child may undertake. We believe in mutual efforts and we advice that both parties should participate in an equal way to improve the outcomes. Parents are equally responsible for the good or bad academic results of their kids and we recommend that parents should spend a little time in motivating their kid as teacher alone cannot bring the best results as he spends only a few hours a week with the kid. In no case, Concept Tutor will be responsible for the poor academic results of the students. We only guarantee to do our best on our part to help the students find qualified teachers.

Contract

The final decision to select a particular tutor for your child is yours and yours alone. If you find the teacher not suitable for you, then you can request us for a change of tutor. We will assist finding a replacement tutor for your child within a reasonable period of time. In case we are not able to find replacement tutor for your child within 14 working days, we will transfer due amount to your bank account.

Location

Tuition sessions will be held at customer’s place. However, if you suggest any other place for the tuition we can make arrangements for this too. Concept Tutor will not be responsible if the given location is occupied or not vacant to be used for the lessons and it will still be counted as a paid lesson. Tutor will teach your child if and only if at least one parent is present in the house.

Demo Classes

Once you accept the tutor assigned for demo classes, parents will not be able to change the schedule of the demo classes. Modifications in schedule can only be made in serious cases e.g student is seriously ill etc. Such changes in schedule should be informed to us by the parents in advance so that we can make necessary arrangements.

Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the parents to treat tutor with respect and dignity. Further, it is your responsibility to provide in your home an environment conducive to one on one study during home tuition. Any claims regarding any injury, damage or loss while attending the home tuition will not be counted in our responsibilities. This exception is also applicable to all cost and expenses incurred as a result of such claims. We are just a firm for arranging tutors and we are not subjected to pay any losses. If tutor found involved in loss and damage to the property of the client, he will be charged to pay the losses.

Rates and Schedule

Concept Tutor will expose and quote the tuition rates to you. Rates are fixed and strictly non-negotiable. If the teacher tries to negotiate a better for you, you should inform us as this activity is strictly discouraged by Concept Tutor. If we receive any such complaints against a teacher, we will take severe actions.

Payments

In consideration of the home tuition provided by the tutor to your child, you agree to pay a predefined amount to the tutor. First month fees shall be paid by you to Concept Tutor in the form of crossed cheque drawn in favor of Concept Tutor. Thereafter 25% of the first month fees will be endorsed to the tutor by us. If parent pay the tuition fee directly to tuition tutor in cash then we will not be responsible for that tuition fee. There is no role of organization from 2nd month in fee matter.

FOR TUTORS

Registration

Registration is a process of joining the family of Concept Tutor. By the process of registration we come to know more about you which helps us to assign a suitable tuition at your suitable locality. The relationship between Concept Tutor and you will not be considered as an employer and employee relation. You must provide a copy of your qualifications, aadhar card and your passport size photograph after filling in the Tutor Registration Form. Concept Tutor reserves complete rights to reject any applicants. You have to pay a one time registration fee for registration which is non refundable. Tutor Registration can be cancelled without notification on :-

Any misconduct to the client or us.
Consecutive failure of 3 assignments by any reason. 4th chance may be considered in specific circumstances.
Absentee for a long duration without notice.
Diverting from the below rule

Assignments and Commitment

Assignments for the Tuition from our clients will be forward to the tutors via call or facebook. Once you accept our terms and conditions, you allow Concept Tutor to send you assignments at any time. If the assignment interests you, you are required to contact back via call. Please note that assignments would be given on first come first basis and we reserve complete rights to reject any applications for the assignments. If you find yourself not interested in any assignment, kindly reply with i.e: not interested or not available.

Although you enter no contact with the client, Once you accept the assignments, you are required to make a commitment for at least 4 weeks of lessons.You cannot cancel any assignment until you have completed the 4 weeks of lessons. However, clients and Concept Tutor reserves complete rights to terminate the assignment if found unfitting. Postponement and cancellation of the assignments and lessons are strongly discouraged by us. We keep a complete check over the activities of the tutors during tuitions and we will filter out those who are not serious and responsible.

First impressions of the tutor are of great importance as they impart how committed you are to us and to the student. Therefore, the first lesson of every assignment is very important and crucial and we discourage any sort of delays or cancellations in the first lesson. But if you really in need to change the schedule for the first lesson, then kindly consult it first with the client and then inform us later. In order to reconfirm the necessary details, you are supposed to give a call to the client/ parents.

Commission

A full month tuition fee is taken from the clients via bank transfer or cheque in advance in order to secure the tutor during the first month. 75% of the first month fee will be regarded as a commission and 25% will be transferred to Tutor’s account after the cheque has been cleared.

Foul Play

We are very well aware of the situations where tutors offer the clients more better rates than us and persuade them to cancel the assignments and make private contacts with them. Similarly tutors often force the clients for early termination of the assignments with the purpose of earning better commission. Performance of such acts is highly banned and shall not be tolerated in any case. If tutor found in any such activity, he/she will be held liable in compensating the losses of Concept Tutor. Tutor will also be sacked out from our platform.

Conduct and Customer’s Complaints

Tutor’s conduct is very important in home tuitions. Any sort of complains and feedbacks from the clients about the behavior and conduct of the tutor will be taken seriously and tutor will be asked for explanations if required. More complains about a tutor means his lesser chances of getting assignments until and unless he/she change his/her conduct.

Privacy & Security

Note
Any loss to the client’s property i.e Tuition place, books of the child, stationary and other stuff by the tutor is highly discouraged by us and tutor would have to pay the losses in any such case
